"I’ll admit that I was a bit dubious about paying a lump of money up front to a cab firm I’ve never heard of but that was put to rest as soon as I made the booking. Excellent email communication confirming the booking, the designation of the driver and on the night when the taxi arrived. The taxi wasn’t for me but those that travelled commented that all went without a hitch. "

"The driver did not show and you took my payment in advance - phone number recovered via text went to different companies who all denied the booking... service is beyond terrible. I expect a very prompt refund for this as were greatly inconvenienced."

"My 18 year old daughter, could not find driver, he was over 30 mins late, then she overheard that he had been asleep. Not good for the price paid, flight got in early but they waited 1.5 hours before getting in cab. I think a refund should be issued, it is not on leaving two x 18 year olds who thought they were stranded at Manchester late at night."

"The driver was +25 minutes late to take me to the airport, no one give me a call to know what was going on, I had to call you a couple of times times and the answer was, yes he'll soon be there, not even an orientative time frame. Of course once he picked me up we found several roads under works so he had to take the slowest routes with a lot of traffic which made the journey way longer than usual, which I understand it's not his fault, but had he been on time, the stress levels would have been way lower. Otherwise, the driver was quite nica and the car was comfortable. "

"Must of had, 4 5 emails to pay even though chose cash. No car turned up at half 12 on Wednesday, rang the company, who told me they did not have a booking for me, even though booked online, and have screenshots of my booking. So to receive this now, after I had spoken and had to hire another taxi, I want all my details taken off your page, email phone number ect. As I should not have even received this email, as company knew no car turned up. I was just being hounded to pay online even though I chose cash. That's my experience from this taxi firm. Won't use again. "

"The gentleman driving spoke poor English. So communication was hard to find out where he was and why he wasn't on time. Secondally the communication as in not having anyone ring, let me know where he was! Just appalling. I rang three times. Twice I was put through to him. The third the taxi company. Who were short and blunt and no apology given. It was OVERPRICED. Luckily for this company Uber wasn't in the area so I couldn't request a pick up from them but it was 1/3-2/3's cheaper for the same service. Plus they ring you! The booking was awful. 40 minutes after I booked it told me I tried to cancel when I really did not! And then after 2 calls to customer services to find out it was due to no driver being assigned just yet. Made me irate to begin with! Please follow this trail and ask the company to sort out their drivers and to have a basic idea of where they are going and to communicate a lot better! Luckily my passenger made her train and wasn't delayed further for her concert! Please contact me on jackt157@hotmail.com or 07480749724. If compensation is possible! £29 was a OVERPRICED RIP OFF for such a poor service."

"Driver was over an hour late, when we tried to contact the company there was no answer and then a text message was sent with a number to phone the driver. Once the driver arrived he couldn't understand where to meet us, so had to walk for 15mins to find. We missed business meeting that had went to Manchester specifically for. We will not be using this service again and will be recommending that no other company does."

"I booked this for my daughter the man who took her to Alton Towers from the station was fine however The lady who picked my daughter up from Alton towers drove too fast, and in fact so badly my daughter was really shaken up and frightened that they would be involved in an accident therefore I would not recommend.
